Cell Phenotype Control using Our T cell Culture Medium
Modifying the medium composition was shown to control the CD4/CD8 ratio while maintaining T-cell proliferation. The T-cell medium, co-developed with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, was then evaluated by AGC Inc. for CAR-T cell use. This suggested it can induce cell populations with the specific proliferation and juvenile characteristics needed by various users.
