MSC Xeno-Free Series
We offer a lineup of xeno-free media designed to demonstrate stable proliferative capacity in human MSCs (Mesenchymal Stromal Cells / Stem Cells). These media can be provided based on user needs (e.g., performance, cost, quality grade) and specific cell type requirements. Each medium in the series exhibits high proliferation rates for MSCs, maintains MSC-specific surface marker expression and favorable cell morphology, making them ideal for use in regenerative medicine research. Significantly, they can drastically improve the challenges associated with culturing primary cells, which typically have limited passage numbers. Furthermore, we can also propose media formulated to promote the production of specific cytokines.

MSC Animal Origin-Free Series
We offer a lineup of Animal Origin-Free (AOF) media designed to demonstrate stable proliferative capacity in human MSCs (Mesenchymal Stromal Cells / Stem Cells). These media can be provided based on user-specific requirements and cell type. Each medium in the series exhibit relatively high proliferation rates for MSCs, maintain MSC-specific surface markers and favorable cell morphology, making them suitable for use in regenerative medicine research.

MSC Low Component Series
This medium is for human MSCs (Mesenchymal Stromal Cells / Stem Cells), intended for use by the user with the addition of serum/plasma/serum substitutes. We can provide xeno-free and Animal Origin-Free media. They contain fewer components compared to other MSC media, resulting in a relatively lower price setting.

MSC for 3D Series
This is a serum-free, xeno-free medium for human MSCs (Mesenchymal Stromal Cells / Stem Cells), optimized for 3D culture using microcarriers. It is designed to suppress the aggregation of microcarriers and cells, all while maintaining high proliferation rates and robust surface marker expression.

iPS Cell Series
This xeno-free medium is formulated to ensure stable proliferative capacity in induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs). It consistently demonstrates superior functionality compared to competitor media. We can provide formulations tailored to specific user needs (performance, cost, or quality grade). Furthermore, depending on the cell line, culture can be achieved without the coating of adhesion factors, resulting in significant savings in time and coating costs.

αβT Cell Series
This is a serum-free medium for αβT cells. It shows comparable proliferation to FBS medium during human T cell culture and maintains a high post-culture viability (average 80% or more). It offers media compositions that allow for the control of T cell phenotype after culture (e.g., controlling the CD4/CD8 ratio, maintaining juvenility, imparting effector function). Furthermore, proliferation in mouse T cells has been confirmed to be comparable to or greater than serum medium (maintaining juvenility and imparting effector function are similar to human cells). You can specify your desired phenotype and try it out.

γδT Cell Series
This is a serum-free medium for human γδT cells. γδT cells are innate immune T cells, making up a few percent of all T cells, and are activated by a mechanism different from αβT cells. The proliferative activity of our γδT Cell Medium tends to be higher compared to serum media and commercially available serum-free media, and the purity of γδT cells after culture is typically 90% or more.
